Discover the charm of Sardinia through an immersive boutique winery experience. Enjoy a curated vineyard and winery exploration in a small, exclusive group, ensuring personalized attention and an intimate atmosphere. Sardinia is a land of Carignano and Vermentino grapes, which are harvested in the pristine, bush-pruned vineyards of Sant’Antioco and crafted with tradition and passion. This serves as the bridge between wine, land, culture and traditions. This region, rich in history and art, is also home to skilled artisans working with wood, and to artists and writers whose talent has left a lasting mark on the world. Enjoy an advanced wine tasting session featuring four selected Sardinian wines, including options from DOC and IGT classifications such as Nuragus, Sardinian Orange Wine, Cannonau, Carignano and IGT Rosso. Savor local delicacies, including an aperitif featuring "pane carasau", fresh Pecorino Sardo cheese, Sardinian olives, traditional cured meats, and marmalade. This authentic combination of flavors offers a genuine taste of Sardinian culinary and cultural heritage, perfectly accompanying the region’s exceptional wines. Participants under the age of 18 will be served fruit juice and water instead of the wines.
