Begin your experience with a guided tour of the chocolate workshop and production areas. See the production process firsthand and learn how authentic, handmade chocolates are crafted. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the careful techniques and rich traditions involved in creating these confections. Following the tour, enjoy a fun and easy chocolate bar-making, where you will learn the basics of creating your own chocolate bar. Under guidance, you will mix ingredients, mold your bar, and see how simple techniques can turn into a delicious treat to take home. Following this hands-on activity, indulge in a tasting that celebrates a family tradition passed down through generations. They began their journey decades ago, learning their craft in historic factories where Italian chocolates were born. When industrial production took over, they chose to preserve the old methods by opening their own workshop, dedicated to making chocolates in the traditional way. This tasting is more than just sampling sweet treats — it’s a tribute to a craftsmanship that values time, attention to detail, and pure ingredients. Start with four handmade pralines, each with a different flavor — filled with hazelnut, liqueurs, or pistachio cream — all crafted without artificial flavors, using high-quality cocoa and traditional recipes. Next, select between two options: a rich, velvety hot chocolate or a scoop of fresh, artisanal gelato made daily with simple, natural ingredients and low-fat methods. Whichever you choose, you'll taste the dedication and respect for tradition in every bite. To conclude, enjy a freshly brewed cappuccino or espresso paired with homemade cookies. These simple, fragrant treats—nutty and buttery—are the perfect accompaniment to your chocolate experience.
