As you step into this spirits shop, you will be greeted with a brief introduction to the exquisite world of Grappa, with the opportunity to explore an interesting book that delves into its history and production methods. During this tasting session, you will be able to taste three distinctive types of spirits: 1. Young Grappa: Enjoy the fresh and vibrant characteristics of this unaged spirit, showcasing the essence of the grapes.2. Barrique-aged Grappa: Taste the complexity and depth imparted by time spent in barriques, where oak wood enhances the aromatic and taste profiles.3. Naturally infused Grappa: Explore the unique flavors of Grappa infused with natural ingredients, offering a delightful twist on this traditional spirit. If you would like to focus solely on young Grappas, barrique-aged Grappas, or infused liqueurs, your requests will be accommodated. Throughout the tasting, the knowledgeable staff will guide you through the production methods of each liqueur, highlighting the grape varieties used, their key tasting notes, and intriguing facts associated with the spirits on offer.
