Experience a delightful tasting journey in a charming wine bar nestled in the heart of Aosta’s vibrant city center. A genuine place where wine is told without filters or poses, an environment where the approach is more human and less didactic. Here, a carefully curated, lively and constantly evolving selection unfolds—from natural wines and small producers that speak the language of seasons and regions, to classic wines that never cease to surprise us. This is an intimate setting, free of pretenses, where every bottle has something to say—and it’s best shared, that provides the perfect backdrop for savoring great food and wine. Discover 2 exclusive tasting experience options: • River Board: savor smoked mountain trout and char, paired with a tasting of two glasses of wine — one white and one sparkling rosé — for a delightful aquatic-inspired experience. • Land Board: Indulge in a selection of local mountain cured meats and cheeses, expertly paired with a tasting of three high-quality wines to enhance your sensory journey. You can choose your preferred experience when you reach the wine bar, in order to enjoy the authentic flavors of our region. For vegan guests, a crostone with hummus is available as an alternative to the main food. And for underage people, a fresh local fruit juice is offered instead of the wines. This immersive session allows you to discover the region’s exceptional gastronomic heritage in a welcoming environment, making it an authentic experience for wine lovers seeking a different way to discover and enjoy.
