Begin your experience with a tour of the olive oil mill, where you will learn about the meticulous production process and the importance of sustainable agriculture in creating high-quality, monocultivar extra virgin olive oils. Take an optional walk through the olive groves, allowing you to immerse yourself in the scenic landscape. Alternatively, enjoy panoramic views of the surroundings from the structure. This experience combines education, sensory exploration, and a deep appreciation for sustainable olive oil production. During the tasting, sample three exceptional oils, each representing a different variety, with explanations highlighting their unique flavors and characteristics. A knowledgeable guide will provide insights into the entire production process, from harvesting to bottling, enriching your appreciation of each oil. Children and underage people will be given a fruit juice or a soda to have instead of the olive oil tasting, if they don't want to take part in it.
